Janine Cairncross has been involved in the childcare industry for 20 years. She managed a day care in 2003 and after her second child was born Janine wanted only the best for her children and was never quite satisfied with the standards evident in the day care centers she interviewed. Her entrepreneurial spirit, sparked by a mothers' love for her children, motivated Janine to set up her own day care centers in 2005.
Between 2011 and 2013 Baby Inn was awarded the tenders to set up and manage the Nestlé South Africa (Pty) Ltd and Alexander Forbes Group Services (Pty) Ltd on-site day care centers.

Janine was involved in all aspects for the creation of both corporate on-site day care centers and continues to manage the business.

Janine has a Diploma in Child Psychology, she has been trained in the Play Sense Pedagogy and is certified to teach the Play Sense curriculum, she is interested in Life-long play and passionate about Therapeutic play.
"In my personal experience as a working Mother, I understand the difficulty in prioritising between the two.
I recognised that current pressures don't allow mother's to stay at home, there is also a great shortage of good day care centers that cater for the needs of babies and I also understand that today's contemporary business hours demand flexibility from the people who look after children.
With all this in mind I want to offer everything parents and their babies need under 1 roof.
Baby Inn was created with the intention of giving children the LOVE and CARE they need at this tender age. To create an environment of a 'home away from home' where moms and dads feel HAPPY and SAFE leaving their precious children and a place that is NOT a school and far exceeds Government standards."
